Do I need a crypto wallet?
No. You can view your certificate with just the QR code. If you want to transfer ownership on-chain, you can optionally claim it to your wallet.
What if I lose my QR code card?
Contact us with proof of purchase and we can regenerate your certificate link. The blockchain record itself is permanent and cannot be lost.
Can I resell my piece and transfer the certificate?
Yes. The certificate can be transferred to a new owner either via our platform or directly on-chain if claimed to a wallet.
What information is stored on-chain?
Product name, serial number, material type, weight, date minted, and a unique cryptographic fingerprint. No personal data is stored on-chain.
